Honestly, I'm not big on taking care of my health. I eat when I feel like it and don't exercise much. But after watching personal development videos for hours, I've decided to make gradual changes.
I am a skinny guy and I admire people who practice calisthenics, so I have made it my main training focus. I do exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. Additionally, I usually go running in the evening. Exercising every day helps me strengthen my muscles and improve my mood. I take rest days in between to help me sleep better after each workout session.
I have a bad habit of skipping meals, especially breakfast. However, now I make sure to eat three meals a day and always eat in big portions. My diet is quite diverse, including eggs, fish, and chicken because they have a lot of nutrients. I always aim to reach 2400 calories a day.
In conclusion, making gradual changes to prioritize your health can have a positive impact on your well-being. Everyone should build themself fitness and diet habits. Remember, consistency is key, with dedication you'll likely see positive results and feel better both physically and mentally.
